Reading While Knitting

Nothing complicated; nothing too exciting, but yes, I do knit while I read. As well as during many other domestic activities.

I call it February

This post could just as easily be titled, "This one's for Jude," if it weren't for the fact that I have many friends who are locked in frigid places to whom I want to give some sunshine. Each picture is enlargeable by clicking.

Enjoy.

And don't feel badly if all you feel is envy or irritation -- it will rain for days and days here again soon.

(sigh)
Part of me wants to cry with envy... and then I remember our taxes in comparison. Oh, and our in-state tuition rates...

:)

But thank you. I really do love seeing that SOMEthing is growing SOMEwhere...

kiss, kiss

Those pictures make me ache for Spring! We are having sunny days right now but we do not have the gorgeousness of those flowers! So pretty. Enjoy them!

Okay, this is a mite bit dorky, but I'm passing a "You Make My Day" award on to you. Had to. I thought back to the early days of me reading your blog, remembered the naked baby in a cage, and thought someone who would write about that (let alone allow it to happen) deserved some sort of an award. So here you go.

Gorgeous spring photos! This is our first spring in our house, and I was delighted to see we have daffodils, with no effort on my part.

Ahhh! That does brighten my day. Chilly and rainy here, but we had some nice warm sun over the weekend and you could smell the earth getting ready for spring.
